Even though our grading process is automated, the creation of labels and encapsulation process is still manual and could take time. Thank you for being patient and you should get your cards in the committed time frame.

We’re adding tons of cards every day but some may be missing. On RoboGrading.com, when you search for your card, you will get an option in the top right to add your card manually

Go to RoboGrading.com and create an account. Select the price and turnaround time. Then select the cards you want to get graded. Print out the packing slip. Ship the package to our office address in NY (given in the packing slip). And we will take care of the rest.

We usually recommend putting it in a top loader. Then put it in a bubble-wrapped envelope and then in a box. Here is a quick video explaining the best way to pack and send us your cards.

We provide a submission slip to put in the box. You can choose to send us your cards with whichever carrier you prefer, FedEx, UPS, USPS, etc. You can see a step-by-step guide here.

The declared value is the estimated value of the card after it is graded at AGS. Considering you are yet to know the grade of the card, we would highly encourage you to do your due diligence and research to give a realistic number. This value acts as a maximum value for insurance claims.

When you submit your cards with us, you have the ability to select multiple cards and ship all of them together as one single package.
